It’s all good for you, but we like to indulge you too.  We offer temptations such as fresh morning coffee and delicious pastries; afternoon tea with all the trimmings; delectable  ‘nibbles’ with drinks and, of course, what would supper time be without a decadent dessert? 

We source locally produced fresh ingredients from amongst our neighbours and the Ras Mbisi community.  The vegetables that grace our plates are grown in our garden, and we gather eggs from our own chickens.  Fish is bought from local fishermen, so our seafood comes fresh from the blue waters of the Indian Ocean on our doorstep.  We source meat mainly from Home Butchers in Dar es Salaam, although our beef comes from Mafia itself.  We make our own rather yummy yoghurts (even if we do say so ourselves!), and our dairy produce comes from the co-operative at Bweni to the north of us.
